Men's selection is narrow, but quality, and the staff is super helpful and low pressure, even when I slid in right before closing time on a Sunday night.

Love it here! It is on the expensive side but the quality is beautiful! Large selection of men’s and women’s clothing. Very helpful salesperson. Overall a nice experience because the store is gorgeous!

Walked in on a whim and was greeted by Carly. Can I just Say, even though I didnt End up making a purchase, she made the shopping experience awesome! She brought me like 10 different pairs of jeans bc I didnt Know my style or size and was so gracious! She didn’t pressure me to buy anything and was just a really sweet sales associate. If you decide to shop at RnB on AK, def make sure to ask for Carly!

I recently called the Abbot Kinney Store to see if they had a bag in stock that was sold out online. I was helped by Brandon, who told me they had one left in the warehouse showing on his computer. (btw, I called another location first who referred me to buy it at a third party company who had stock) I was hesitant to order with him because of the low stock but Brandon told me the computer was usually right and we should order it and he would keep and eye on the processing. He even expedited shipping! The customer service that I received from Brandon was above, over and beyond. He tracked my order, sending me texts and keeping me up to date. Brandon was going on vacation and told me he informed his manager of the purchase in case I needed to reach out- he even checked in with me when he got back to see if I liked the bag. He was polite, friendly and provided stellar customer service. I think they are lucky to have him! I highly recommend giving Brandon a ring or a visit at the Abbot Kinney location SOLID A+.

This store is so well organized! I came for the Miramar pants/denim. They have a great selection of hats purses and denim! Nicholas and I chatted for a while about a the merchandise within the store. His energy is so upbeat! I could talk with him for hours! I This store has children clothes as well. The denim at Rag & bone are comfortable and perfect fit for me!
